2. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU STORE

We keep the personal information we need to fulfill the contracts you enter into with us, ie. name, surname, address and contact details. We also keep your information required to log in to your user account to log in to your user account.

3. WHAT YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS USED FOR

We need your identification and address information in order to properly conclude and subsequently fulfill our obligations under the agreements you enter into with us, or to process your orders. If you do not provide us with such personal information, we will not be able to do so. If you are interested and give us your consent, we have the opportunity to email you with information on time-limited offers, tasting invitations, and alerts for important wine events.

4. HOW LONG YOUR PERSONAL DATA SHOULD BE STORED

We keep for 3 years the information about your purchase, that is, the order and the concluded contract, or your details that you have communicated to us for proper performance of the contract. For such a period, we keep them in order to handle complaints and respond to your complaints. We also keep documents in which your personal information is contained, which is imposed by several laws (eg Act No. 563/1991 Coll., On Accounting, as amended; Act No. 235/2004 Coll., On Tax on value added, as amended, etc.). We must keep the invoices for 10 years. We keep accounting documents for 5 years. In the event that you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, we must delete the personal data we have obtained by your consent. Consent can be withdrawn by sending an email to: info@kalinarestaurant.cz. We store personal data that you keep in relation to your user account for an unlimited period of time if you use the account. If you do not use it for more than a year, your personal information will be deleted.

5. WHERE YOUR DATA IS TRANSMITTED

We pass on your personal information to the person delivering the goods so that they can properly deliver the goods to you. Personal data are communicated to these persons only to the extent necessary for the delivery of the goods ordered by you. If we need to pass on your personal information to another person, we must first ask for your consent. Without your consent, we will not provide your personal data to other persons unless such obligation arises from generally binding legal regulations.

6.WHAT DO YOU HAVE RIGHTS IN RELATION TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Right to Repair – if your personal information that we hold about you is no longer up to date or incorrect, you can request that it be corrected. that you can ask us at any time what personal data we have about you and what to do with them during what is happening with us, will and will happen. Right to data portability – in case you ask us, we will provide you with your personal data we process on the basis of your consent and process them automatically. We will provide such data in a commonly used, machine-readable format. Alternatively, we may pass these data to the administrator you specify if the administrator agrees with the handover. Right to delete (so-called “be forgotten” right) – ie. that at your request we have to delete all personal data we register about you, for example if you no longer wish to receive information about our newsletter or if you wish to delete your user account. However, it may happen that there is another reason that justifies or obliges us to store the data (eg the obligation under the Accounting Act under point 4, etc.) and in this case the deletion cannot be done. while we may store personal information, but we must not dispose of it; these situations are: if you deny the accuracy of your information and we need to verify your message, if your personal information is processed improperly but you do not want us to delete it and ask for processing restrictions instead of deleting, if you no longer need your personal information but ask for it retention for your legal claims, if you object to processing for as long as we verify that personal data will continue to be processed in our important interest or that we will not process it. Right to file a complaint – if you believe we are in any way violating our processing policies personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Office.
